What artificial / fake grass is made from

Artificial grass is made from intense ultraviolet protected, soft polyethylene multi-fibre that has been “spring-set” to prevent the fibres from matting together. The fibres are strong, smooth, soft and forgiving.

They will stand up naturally, but some will benefit from some sand or rubber infill to increase the stability of the fibre at the root. Lawn Shop also provide weight to prevent the turf from shifting.

Almost any size and shape can be covered with Artificial Grass. The standard roll width is 3.7m and the roll lengths come in 10m increments up to 40m per roll.
